SMS Spam Stopper 2.0

Auto block the SPAM SMS and disable notifications, sounds, and vibrations for such messages. The application utilizes Heuristic detection and Artificial Intelligence to automatically identify unknown spam messages. It includes a database of approximately 5000 spam SMS messages used by the Heuristic detection engine to efficiently detect SPAM messages, resulting in high detection rates. The blocked SMS are stored in the "Unknown & Junk" section of the messaging application.

Blocked Words List: The application features a Blocked list with 600 known SPAM keywords. It scans incoming SMS against these keywords to detect spam messages. Users can customize this list by adding new keywords or modifying existing ones.

Abuse Detection: The application is equipped to shield users from SMS containing abusive or offensive language. Such messages are automatically blocked, and all alerts are silenced for them.

Blocked Numbers List: Users can add persistent message senders to the Blocked numbers list. Any SMS from these numbers will be automatically blacklisted by the application.

Allowed Words List: This feature allows users to whitelist specific types of SMS based on keywords such as OTP (One Time Passwords). Users can eliminate SMS containing certain words like OTP by adding them to this list.

Block All Unknown SMS: Enabling this option will block SMS from numbers not in the user's contacts. This feature does not require access to contacts. The application utilizes iOS APIs to identify unknown SMS automatically, ensuring data privacy. Users have the flexibility to activate this optional feature as needed.

Notes:

• Starting from iOS 14, when a sender is a registered iMessage user not in your contacts, iOS will categorize it as a legitimate SMS and place it in the "Unknown Senders" section, possibly triggering notifications. In such cases, users can report spam by selecting the "Report Junk" link beneath the message.
• SMS Spam Stopper functions as an extension. To enable this extension, navigate to Settings - Messages - Unknown & Spam. Enable "Filter Unknown Senders" and "SMS Spam Stopper."
• The default SPAM keywords are stored in English within the application. For other languages, users can manually add required keywords to the Blocked words list.
• Messages from contacts saved on the phone will never be classified as spam.
